1 CANCELLATION OF ONLINE COURSE
If the User cancels the booking of the online course within thirty (30) from the day on which the booking was confirmed, the User will get a full refund of the amount paid for such online course.
2 CANCELLATION OF COACHING [NS1]
Refunds, if any, on cancelled bookings will be processed to the banking instrument (credit card, debit card etc.) from which payment was made for the cancelled booking. The timeline for all refund amounts will be driven by the respective bank and payment gateway provider timelines. The decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
